We just switched out our cable box because the one they delivered when they hooked up our cable they brought a box with DVR and were charging us for it. We were supposed to get home, hook it up and call a number to enter our phone number and activate the service.
Well after about 20 tries I finally broke through the busy circuits and started the process. Guess what...My phone number is not in the automated system. The same phone number I have had on account with them for who knows how long. So I waited for a representative.
I just hung up after 20 minutes of listening to a recording telling me how customer service was important to them and my wait will be brief.
Are they fricken kidding me?!?!?!?! 20 minutes and holding is brief....AND I'm suuposed to feel important to them. If our condo had the hookup for direct TV we'd dump camcast yesterday.
We had Direct TV before we moved and I miss it. I can't wait for the day I can tell comcast to &^&*%(&^
